The owners of American Select Properties, LLC started out managing their own investment properties in Montgomery County, Maryland in 2000. However, they quickly expanded their investment portfolio and property management into surrounding counties in Maryland and other states.
The current company was formed in 2003 and now primarily focuses on managing residential and commercial properties in Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia.
